Visit from Amazon Senior Leadership Team

A distinguished delegation from Amazon’s senior leadership team, representing various regions across the globe, recently paid a visit to Quikjet India, marking a significant milestone in the partnership between the two entities. The visit commenced on the 26th of March at the Delhi airport, where Mr. Raoul Srinivasan, Vice President at Amazon Global Air , along with Mr. Lee Shepherd  Director Amazon Air  EU and their team, embarked on a comprehensive tour of Quikjet’s facilities and airport operations .Quikjet’s  Mr. Gaberiel David , Lt. Cdr Reuben Jones and Mr. Mohit Kumar briefed the team .

During their visit, the Amazon team had the opportunity to witness firsthand the meticulous loading procedures , The warehouse operations and gain insights into Quikjet’s innovative tie up with  Taxibot —a green initiative aimed at minimizing carbon footprint. The discussions held underscored the commitment of both organizations towards sustainability and operational excellence.

Continuing their journey, on the 28th of March, the senior leadership team proceeded to Quikjet’s Bangalore headquarters. They were warmly welcomed by Mr. Dave Andrews, Capt. Preetham Philip, Mr. Sanand Karnik, and the rest of the management team. Capt. Preetham, CEO of Quikjet, presented an overview of the company’s performance for the year. The highlight of the presentation was the remarkable On-Time Performance (OTP) of 99.1% and a staggering Cargo Unloading Time (CUT) of 99.82%. These exceptional metrics are a testament to Quikjet’s unwavering commitment to efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Following engaging discussions on strategies  and leveraging opportunities, the visit concluded on a positive note. The Amazon team expressed admiration for Quikjet’s operational prowess and forward-thinking initiatives. To cap off the visit, both teams enjoyed a delightful cocktail and dinner by the poolside at the prestigious Ritz Carlton, further fostering camaraderie and partnership between the two organizations.
