On two separate occasions, his sharp observation helped identify potential hazards during warehouse operations — a rusted and cracked dolly towing arm, and metal wire strands entangled on another dolly’s wheels. His swift reporting and proactive follow-up ensured these issues were immediately rectified, preventing potential injuries and cargo damage.
