Our Head – Flight Safety and Chief Pilot recently participated in the Boeing Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Continuous Operational Safety Program (COSP) Workshop held at Air India Headquarters, Delhi.
Participation in industry-leading safety initiatives such as these provides valuable opportunities to strengthen our understanding of structured safety management and proactive problem-solving. The RCCA framework enables teams to systematically identify the underlying causes of operational issues and develop effective corrective actions while COSP reinforces the importance of continuous monitoring, learning and improvement in aviation operations.
