At Quikjet Airlines, continuous operational improvement and a proactive safety culture are at the heart of everything we do. On 14–15 October 2026 we successfully conducted an internal Safety Workshop on Root Cause Analysis techniques and corrective measures.
Led by our Head of Flight Safety, the interactive two-day event focused on applying structured problem-solving methodologies to operational challenges. The workshop brought together key personnel from across our operational departments, including company Flight Crew, CAMO, Quality, OCC, MCC, Security and Ground Operations. Participants engaged enthusiastically in collaborative case studies, analysing systemic factors, defining precise problem statements, and learning to implement sustainable countermeasures.
We were also privileged to have participation of officers from the local DGCA office, whose valuable regulatory perspectives added depth to our discussions.
