Diwali, the festival of lights, is a time of joy, celebration, and giving. This year at Quikjet, we decided to celebrate Diwali a little differently. Moving away from the usual tradition of gifting, we aimed to spread joy in a meaningful way. Our team visited the Government Higher Secondary School in Gubballa, Bengaluru, where we had the privilege to interact with bright young minds and contribute to their journey.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with enthusiasm and curiosity by the students and the teachers . Their eagerness to share ,learn and grow filled us with optimism and a renewed sense of purpose. The school is supported by a dedicated foundation that goes beyond conventional education. Their efforts include expanding resources, bringing in additional teachers, and fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for students from diverse backgrounds. Witnessing this commitment to education and community upliftment was truly inspiring.
During our visit, we conducted interactive sessions and activities, encouraging the students to explore their creativity, voice their aspirations, and build confidence. The interactions were enlightening for us, too—reminding us of the importance of empathy, resilience, and the real essence of sharing. We left with invaluable lessons and a stronger motivation to support such causes, hoping to contribute to a brighter future for these young minds.
This Diwali celebration has marked the beginning of a new relationship for Quikjet, one based on genuine impact and shared dreams. We are eager to explore more ways to make a difference and look forward to building lasting, meaningful connections with these young learners
